Also, I have only 6 weeks more of my mission! It is the saddest feeling...
Here are some things that happened this week!
- So we have had a ton of problems with our new apt. It is the funniest thing--in the other sisters bathroom, sewage got caught in the pipes above the bathroom, so they had to cut a huge hole in our ceiling, they had to fix a gas leak, fix our sink which was leaking and flooding the floor... all in the mission life! Haha!
- We had a super cool experience with teaching a couple. We read 3 nephi: 11 with Eder, Lilliana, and Pedro. I love this chapter which talks a ton about baptism! The spirit was so strong as we read it with them, and in the end Eder asked us about authority, and how we know which church has the true authority to baptize. We bore our testimonies, and in the end invited them all to be baptized! They said that when they receive and answer that they will be baptized. They were super excited to pray to ask God and receive their answers.
- We also taught another couple named Simoni and Jaison, who are going through a lot of trials right now. We taught them about how "happiness has little to do with the circumstances of your life, and everything to do with the focus of your life!" We also taught them about the restoration, and they went to church on Sunday!
- We are also teaching a young girl named Jennifer, who is super interested. She went to church with her nephews too this Sunday!
That's about it!
